I like Jacqueline, it's classic but not overused. It pairs well with other French names, like Marie, Adèle, Claire or Clarisse.

My son's mother-in-law is named Jacqueline;her twin sister is named Ginette.

Altogether, though, I agree with other posters' sentiments that Jacqueline would go best with another French(-esque) name, like Charlotte, Cecile, Celeste, Francesca / Francine, and Juliette.

It would make suggestions for sister names easier if you could possibly tell me what kind of names you like? With no other information my first instinct is to suggest another French name, like Marie or Celeste.
