I edited Hannah onto my list of quiet names as after thought. Most of the girls named Hannah that I know seem to be quieter or at least gentle souls. Its interesting that you listed Nicola as boring since its more unusual than Nicole. Do you consider any names happy or sad?

Nicola is more common around here, I guess.I think short, cutesy names like Posy, Poppy, Lily, Maisie are happy names. Barbara, Francis, Harold, Maurice, Mortimer and Morgan are sad names.

Oo, Pamela was a good one for "loud". Hephzibah is a lot more lively to me though... I guess I would label that confusing AND exciting. I kinda wish it were usable today. Hepsie is adorbs. Haha. Blair as confusing! Though, I would honestly agree.
*I think she meant the vibe of the names, not the meaning. At least I hope so, because that is how I answered.
