I'd say the first job is to figure out whether you want a daughter named Allie or a daughter named Makenna. Truth be told, very few people will know or remember her middle name, so I think you need to sort out what first name you and your significant other prefer.
Both Allie Makenna and Makenna Skye flow well. I'd switch Allie Makenna Skye to Allie Makenna if you were leaning that way.
