Tecla is amazing. I have liked this for a while spelled Tekla, but find it mildly unusable for my family. I would love to see it used though - so I suggest it for a middle name spot. Leslie Tecla even flows a bit better. If it helps, I doubt anyone would call the kids Hec and Tec. Both names are short enough that people will use the full name in most cases, or an endearing name like "little hecster", etc. I happen to like all of the combos you suggested, though there seems to be two completely different styles going on. I am a fan of the more traditional Sebastian Jean-Pierre and Vera Theresa Renee... Though I do like Therese a bit better. Hector Conrad and Tecla Leslie are dear, but not as elegant as the other options. I do like these (new) combos:
