I like Everett. Not so much to use it for myself, but it is certainly pleasant.

It's probably quite respectable and solid in the US, but here it's just going to look like another trendy import, unless it's a family name.

I'm not opposed. As surname names go, it's fairly firstnamey. I guess because it's similar to Brett, Rhett, Garrett, Elliot, which are first names to me. And to Evan. It's not a favorite though, because it is still surnamey.

I really like it. It's one of my favorites. It's a very strong, masculine name. It's my alternative to Evander, if I ever feel like I can't really use Evander on a real life baby. lol

I like it. A lot. And the nickname Ev, Ever, and Rett. I also like Everest, but I guess that is too strongly associated with the mountain.
