I don't think its too close. Sure they both end in an e sound but so do half the girls names these days! I think the other sounds are different enough.
You say 3rd? I'm guessing your other child doesn't have a name ending in y? Are they in the middle? That makes it even less noticeable to me.
I love Audrey and it's my favourite of your options, but I also like Katherine & Sylvia. I think any of the 3 fit well with Wendy (Sylvia is probably the best match style wise, but I think it's more important to use a name you love than one that "matches". They are only going to be grouped as siblings for a short part of their lives)

Yes, 3rd. :) The middle child is a boy and his name ends with ah.
