I love Cosima, it's a favourite of mine and on my short list. I find it a little other-worldly, I suppose because it reminds me of "cosmos". I pronounce it as kos-EE-mə.
I find Faith a little underwhelming in general, due to its popularity as a middle name, and I don't think it does Cosima justice.
