It has a pretty cool but very clunky sound. I'd have to suggest Zacharias or Zacchaeus as alternatives.

There are better options like Zachariah, Zacharias, Zachary and Zacchaeus that are a bit more recognizable... so I would lean towards those first.

I do think it technically IS usable though, simply because Zacharael lends to the common nickname of Zach. I would assume the parents were uber-religious though. Otherwise using this name would be a bit confusing.

I think it's too complicated. I'm not even sure how to pronounce it. Same goes for the other name you posted.
