I love both Vance and Vivienne and think they make a great sibset. I like when two names start with the same letter, although I think it's puky when carried to an extreme. But two is great. However, I don't like Ellis as a middle name for a girl and I don't at all think that it can be considered a variation of Elizabeth. I don't think that Ellis can be considered to be honoring Elizabeth. I would just go with Vivienne Elizabeth. Although it is a bit of a mouthful, I would consider it truly honoring. I think Harvey goes fine with Vance.
