I know a couple of kids named Uriel. They are all from the Philippines though, so I don't know if that makes a difference.
My favorite Uriel sibset I know is Uriel and Zoe. His parents joke that they have "light and life" in their kids. ;) They don't have middle names.
Jophiel is doable... but I can see it being used by Filipinos as well. It seems to be just their style actually... very trendy over there right now.
It would work in the US too I think, but would raise a few eyebrows and be considered a bold choice. I think that on an American kid living in America is might be unexpected, but it could work.
I personally like Uriel, but not Jophiel.
Jophiel would make a better character name though. Joph is a great nickname in print.
