Francesca is on our list of favorites, so I have to admit that I absolutely love it. Franny or Frankie, or Cesca would be nice nick names if it was in the first name spot. It also goes with some of your recent favorites:

I also think Antonina is very regal sounding and would also work with some of your favorite names.
I think Orlando & Salvatore are very cool and interesting names.
I like Rebecca, but I'm not sure I'd use it, to be honest, but that's just a style thing.

Dh like Chessa or Cesca for Francesca. It does go well Perlas. Thanks for pointing that out. I think I will mention it to DH.
My sister had Francesca picked out for a failed pregnancy, and she used to say it was off limits, but recently she suggested it... so I guess it's back on the table. To my delight.
