I'm not sure about Vance and Vivienne for siblings but I love Vivienne it's so sassy. Vance is not my style, but is okay.
I don't like Vivienne Ellis, Ellis is 100% male to me, Vivienne Elisabeth, Vivienne Bethan or Vivienne Elspeth would be much better in my opinion, or even Vivienne Ella
I like Harvey, but dislike Curtis. I think Vance Curtis sounds okay, though I don't like it, but Vance Harvey doesn't go imo
