Percilla is a very unusual name, doesn't sound to bad, but it is unfortunate that her name sounds like parsley.
Dawn is a name I am unsure of, I have used it for characters not that often, and I do find the meaning lovely but it does sound a bit ugly or belonging to a snobby fake person.
Also Emily is a nice name, I much prefer it to Emma. Though I like Emilia the most as well as Amelie, I think it still has the nice sound of Emily but a little different.
