Silvia (originates from 'silva' meaning "wood, forest")
Elah (Hebrew, "oak tree" or "terebinth tree")
Melia (Greek, "ash tree")
Gaia (from 'gaia,' a pararrel form of 'ge' meaning "earth")
Don't think I can find anything else nature-related and feminine.
If I were to choose between Clover and Thistle, my bet would be on Clover. Thistle seems kind of too harsh to be feminine.
