a) Kathleen Mary and Margaret Joan
b) I don't live in a English-speaking country, so I don't think I have a possibility to use these names (unless I use their other forms like Elisabet). Still, I can definitely see that some of these names will make a comeback in a near future. My wild guess is that Carol, Pauline, Joan and Kathleen are going to be the next trendy (hipster?) names.
