Alexandra and Anders work fine for me & I'd prefer Elisa to Alyssa - less dated and it's got the sound in there. Emily is a bit of a stretch although not too bad, but George seems too stretched - can't come up with anything better, but I don't think Gregor is so bad as a middle name.
