I don't think it would be a disservice to use a more unusual name. Can you give us a couple examples? Like, more complicated than Daenerys? Is there a possibility he'd be satisfied with using them in the middle name spot, if the spelling and pronunciation worry is too much to bear?
I really like the idea of Natalie, Leo and Genevieve and Natalie, Leo and Ronan myself :)
