You know, I'll bet if you asked your Aunt or your mom - they wouldn't even care. Technically their grandsons wouldn't even share the same name... since Oliver will go by Oliver, not Cole.
Also, your cousin may have loved the name Cole for a long time and just kept it to her (or his) self. You never know.
