I'm guessing Tilisa is a variant of Tulisa. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tulisa_(singer)
I see no reason to assume that Sybella's parents (along with Rohan's, Aksel's and Emre's parents) don't realise they are real names. If they are from another culture then that would explain why they've chosen those names. I think there is a footballer named Emre something too.
I agree some of the names are terrible - Kaileb-Dre particularly stood out for me. Corbanie-Jay is interesting too. Tyga-Mae is kind of cute in a very GP way.
