I think Circe has always been a risky name, but Cersei Lannister has made it unusable only in English speaking countries. Here in Finland (and probably somewhere else) we use a different form of Circe, that is Kirke (pronounced as KEER-keh). I actually know a person with this name and I kind of like it on her, though it seemed too odd a name at first.I'm not very keen on Keane (no pun intented :D) or Vixen and Minx.

I like Kirke, but that form of the name is pretty much unusable in Anglophone countries (everyone would pronounce it similar to "quirky" upon reading it). If I were Greek, I would use Kirke in a heartbeat.
