Julian is one of the only names my husband & I agree on. We love it.
Ours are mostly family names, so, I will get a little creative here:

It is really hard to go wrong with Julian, since it has such an easy flow. I would avoid names that end in -en or -an or begin with those (like Anthony).

How fabulous is Julian Hector? It's giving me rich Latin-American vibes that I am loving. That's a keeper.
Thank you also for suggesting variants of Christopher, as I couldn't put my finger on it but Julian Christopher just doesn't sound good to me. Julian Christophe is fantastic.
