1. I don't think a white British child should be given a "typical" Japanese name (like Kenji, Akira, Ai, Sakura etc.), but those that sort of match with other foreign names in terms of sound (like Anna, Sena, Rio etc.) can be used on a white British child in my opinion.

2. I only like Ryō and Shinobu from your list and I prefer both for girls than boys.
