Spencer, Kai and Asa have too much historic usage on boys for me to ever like them on girls, and in any case, I find Spencer immensely unpleasant - it's a very hissing name. Sam I find dated, on either gender, but Alex I'm quite fond of in any instance, largely due to A Clockwork Orange, I think.
