Is that a kid you know? Seems kind of weird to post a photo of someone's real child on Yahoo answers and a naming site without permission. I'd freak if it were my kid.

Um...because there isn't thousands on people and kids on Google images?! People take images containing people from the web (yes including kids) all the time. I just simply typed in "Toddler boy with red hair" and took that picture because I found it the most suitable to my character. I'm just using the image to picture my character. Nothing else. Not a crime. Shesh
