Andy Rose
That's the name Jack and Lisa Osbourne just gave their second daughter. Their first daughter's name is Pearl Clementine. WDYT? Willoughby wolloughby willina, an elephant sat on Billina.

Man, I feel bad for her. As a kiddo that grew up with a traditionally male name, I think I'd much rather be Pearl Clementine, but that's just my style. She might feel very differently.

If it were short for Andrea I would understand, especially when her sisters name is so feminine.:0)

Agree with others, Andrea Rose would be much better. Andy is so nickname-ish and sounds masculine to me.

Why not Andrea Rose, one wonders. Then they could call her Andy all they liked, avoid the silly sound in official contexts (Do you take this woman Andy Rose to be your ... - anyone might mutter an excuse and run for it!) and avoid sibling discordance. And since Rose is a pretty ordinary ln, most people hearing Andy Rose would probably assume that it was Mr Andrew Rose. Not the worst thing that's ever happened, but so easy to avoid. Come to think of it, Andy could be an alternative nn for Amanda or even Miranda. Oh well, they didn't think of it so Pearl Clementine has the distinction of two conventionally female, conventionally conventional names. Unless she's a he. Anything's possible.

Seems totally different in style to me. Pearl Clementine is so vintage and sweet and Andy is so masculine. I mean they could have at least used Andie instead. Abby Rose would have been more in keeping with their older DD's name.

I think Andie Rose would have been better. Reminds me of "Pretty In Pink".

Horrible, but I love Pearl.

It's cuter than Pearl Clementine, for sure. But it's a bit too cute. The spelling Andi is more feminine than Andy, and even though I kind of like Andy as a boys' nickname, it's definitely an "aw, shucks" kind of name. =
Andrea Rose would have been really nice.

Not as bad as some other celebs names, but kind of meh. They seem to have a super frilly taste in names.

It would be cute if Andy were a nickname. As a given name, blech.
