I think since Evelyn is so popular for girls right now, it's best as a middle name.
Darcy, on the other hand, could work as a first name and I think it fits with Andrew and Emma better.
So yes, I think Evelyn works as a middle name and Darcy as a first but not together :) If you use either, I would pair them with very traditional, masculine names and not unisex.
