I actually quite like Keegan, at least by its sound. It is not particularly attractive to my eye, but not worse than many others.
Where I live, it is not common, but I could see there being problems elsewhere with a trendiness factor. That all depends on your location, though. Also, I've never seen it on a girl, but I would much prefer it as a masculine name.
Overall, I think Keegan is just fine, and easy enough to spell and pronounce (yay!). Do you have any mn thoughts?
