some combos I'm loving lately
Not my typical naming style, but I'm kind of digging these combos. I'm not sure if I should file them as gp or usable, but I like them nevertheless. WDYT?
Maren Eugenia
Aveza Guinevere
Calanthe Ingrid
Iona Briseis

Maren Eugenia really catches my eye. It's gorgeous! I love the colors and the whole thing is so jewelly. Perfect!
Aveza Guinevere is very nice too, it's my second favorite. It feels so exotic without being so, which I like. Actually Aveza is new to me and I was surprised to click it and see its origin.
Calanthe Ingrid doesn't do anything for me.
Iona Briseis I'm not a huge fan of, but it has pretty colors and a nice cool, breezy feel.

I really really like Maren Eugenia.
At first glance, Maren can be mistaken for fashionable rather than substantial -- a familiar prefix of Mar-, followed by the trendy -en suffix. Don't get me wrong, I think Maren is wonderful, but I could certainly see it for American parents teetering on the side of "I Want A Modern Way To Honor A Mary!", which I'd appreciate less. Eugenia comes along and wipes that possibility clean. Great combo.
ETA: Maren Eugenia also strikes me as very wintery. Maren is like bluish icicles and Eugenia is snow white. Makes me like it even more.
The rest are nms and I don't have too much commentary on them, though I can appreciate the resounding V's in Aveza Guinevere.
