Re: Eloise and Juliet
in reply to a message by Flute
I actually really love Eloise. There was a Princess Eloise in a rather obscure fantasy movie I watched far too many times as a child, and I loved her and her story. She actually spent a good chunk of the movie calling herself Darlene, which is a nice enough name, but Eloise is just so much more elegant. (She was engaged to a Prince Arthur, but his name is far less exciting.) Eloise feels very fairy tale to me, probably due in large part to that association. It's also easy to shorten (Ella, Elly / Ellie, Elle, etc).I have not once met an Eloise, but apparently it's recently gaining popularity in both the US and UK (and even Australia, though not in Canada where I live). I have never met an Eloise, which sort of makes the name feel like it "belongs" in that fairy tale setting rather than irl.Eloise Anne
Eloise Faith
Eloise Maria Joy
Eloise Constance
Daisy Eloise June
Grace Eloise
Catriona Jane Eloise
Ruby Eloise HopeJuliet is nice too. I also watch a show with a Juliet! It's pretty and feminine without the pervasive 'a' or 'y' sounds at the end like so many lovely feminine names! I like it for combos because it doesn't end up rhyming with everything. ;)Of your combos I like:Juliet Constance
Juliet Ivy
Juliet PatienceOther suggestions:Juliet Rose
Juliet Elizabeth Paige
Juliet Edith Mariana
Juliet Ariana Hope
Juliet Azura
Juliet Eloise Faye
Eloise Rhona Juliet
Maria Juliet Wren
Laura Juliet
Eleanor Juliet
Grace Minerva Juliet
Cassandra Irene Juliet Rue

Yeah, when brainstorming combos I often end up thinking of something really long that sounds cool in my head so I just type it out, because why not? Glad you liked those. :)
