It's a pretty name, it is used quite a lot in non-English speaking places.
I prefer the Spanish pronunciation Loo-see-A-na.
If you are going with the Italian pronunciation, bear in mind that Loo-Chi-A-na is not the correct way. It sounds more like Loo-CHA-na, with a soft CH. The I almost disappears as it is not stressed. In names such as Lucia, where the stress falls on the I, this doesn't happen.

Luciana is a tad fussy for me though I do think it's very nice.

I think it's beautiful if pronounced loo-chi-AH-na.

Awhile back my daughter thought she was cleaver when someone suggested Lucy Anna has a name combo by putting them together as Luciana, until I told her it was an actual name. I love it and think its beautiful. Never ment anyone with that name and think it will age well.

It's nice but I wouldn't use it my self.

I love it! I can't really get on board with Lucy and Lucia, but this name is great! :)

It's not that it's my favorite or that I would actually use it myself, but it certainly isn't bad.
It's refreshing compared to Lucy or Lucia.
I also prefer the Louisiana-pronunciation, for sure.
Used as a first name, it definitely needs a calm and classy middle name!

How are you pronouncing it? I like loo-see-AH-nah but don't care for loo-chee-AH-nah. I do prefer Lucia (loo-SEE-a), though.

It's not my favorite but I don't hate it. I think I'd like it more depending on the middle name with it.

I like it. It's pretty but I still prefer just Lucia.
