Ezra is by far my favorite of the three names you have mentioned. Abel reminds me of the word able, and it doesn't quite fit with Wade although Wade isn't similar to Cain except in the number of letters in the name. I personally dislike the name Seth because it reminds me of a sleazy book/movie character. Ezra is becoming increasingly more popular amongst Americans in general and is not used exclusively by Jewish and Christian people. Ezra is of Hebrew origin, but unless you are surrounded by extremely anti-semitic people, it should not be a problem. If there are a lot of people who hate Jews in your area, I recommend moving to an area with more tolerant people.
