Re: Opinions on these Biblical Names?

I do automatically associate all three names as being Biblical, but then I also grew up going to Sunday school each week, so that's probably why.
Ezra is a lovely name. :) We're not Jewish, and I named my second son Ezra. I guess since it's the name of an actual book in the Bible, I felt it wasn't too specifically "Jewish" to use. However, if you're concerned about the Jewish feel, you might consider Ezras or Esdras? I still get comments on how great the name is. It is currently on a sharp popularity upswing (much to my annoyance), but we've yet to meet another Ezra and he's still not only the only one in his class but the only one in his school. :D I guess the popularity thing, though, is yet another point against it being specifically Jewish, though.
Abel is nice, but I see your point with the sound of Wade and Abel. :/
Seth is nice as well, but that's too bad about the middle names.
Would it be possible to use one of your middle name choices as a first name and Abel or Ezra as a middle name?
