That's the opposite of where I live. I feel like names are so flamboyant and over-the-top in my area that seeing a young Anne would be a welcoming contrast of tasteful reserve; a mark of class. Understated.

Agree with Puck on this. With all the girls named Rainbow, LaCherrie, Rubelina and Avelina, etc. being born right now (in my area), Anne seems so classic and fresh comparatively.

Also agreed. I think a little Anne would be a breath of fresh air (though I guess it depends on where you live).
