Anthony, Timothy, Andrew, Matthew, Luke (although not sure I'd call that a classic in the UK, I've never met one), Hugh / Huw
Elizabeth, Catherine (although I like Catrin), Rose
NNs:
Kate (extra bonus points if spelt Cate)
Beth
Annie (Ann/Anne/Anna are all okay but I find this annoying)
Jack
Johnny, and most -y nns on men (Tommy, Billy, Jimmy etc)
Not really classics:
David, Adrian
