Which one: Gideon or Jeremiah?

Looking to pick a rare under used biblical name for a story Which name best suits a caring brother - Gideon or Jeremiah?

Gideon!It has a much better sound than Jeremiah. I can only respect Jeremiah if he is going to go by Jem.

Either, both are gorgeous. Gideon gets my vote though, simply because it's so rarely used.

I like both. I like Gideon a little more. But for a "caring" brother, Jeremiah seems a little more suitable.

Definitely Gideon. To me it sounds handsome in an Arthur and the knights of the round table sort of way. And I just like it more than Jeremiah.

definitely Jeremiah!Gideon sounds cold and calculating and maybe with a hidden mean temper. Jeremiah is honest and kind and if you were hurting or in trouble, you'd want Jeremiah to help you. Gideon probably got you in trouble in the first place.
