Noel variants
Replies
I know a Noelle and dislike the sound (that heavy stress on the -elle). The -ine and -ene variations look over-elaborate, though Noeline is better. Noele reminds me of a toddler searching in vain for a toy pachyderm: 'No Ellie. No Ellie'.
I know someone with a Noel sister-in-law, just like the male version. It seems pleasantly quirky, and I like it much better than the fem forms. It seems to work very comfortably as a unisex name.

Noelia is my favourite.
I like it in theory but I don't know how to pronounce it? no-eh-LEE-ah or no-EL-ee-ah?
It's no-EL-yah in Spanish, which comes out as no-EL-ee-ah in a lot of English speakers' accents (including mine).
