what do you think of these two girls names?

Honestly, I think they are really lovely. However, they don't go at all with the other names which seem like a mixed bag.
Well, Ottoline and Rosemary match each other as far as "going" together. They don't totally mesh with Wason, Cavan and Barclay... but those are for boys (I assume), so styles can vary and it's not disjointed.
I like Rosemary a lot and I kind've like Ottoline. I actually like Ruby and Josephine better than the first names, but they are all pretty classic and wholesome choices.
Ruby is definitely a sweet and quirky choice, and it matched Ottoline well. Though, I do read Otto first and think male. It's an unusual choice though, so I like it better because of it's rarity.
Rosemary Josephine is a mouthful, but that is not necessarily bad. It rings very old-school, yet Rosemary is not oft used these days so it has a bit of retro freshness to it.
If I am honest though, I don't like Oti or Romy as nicknames for these. That is a personal thing though, so I will leave you to it.

Ottoline is terrible, and so is Otie.
rosemary is nice enough, but Rosemary Josephine makes me want to nickname her Ro-Jo.

Ottoline Ruby is very nice. It seems more showy and carefree. Rosemary Josephine is beautiful but seems "buttoned-up" in comparison. They don't feel like typical siblings as their style is so different and I don't think they fit with your other names but I don't really think they have to either.
