I'd use wason, Lafferty and Callaghan as first names. Think I'd go for Shannon and Kennedy as boys middle!

Using the surnames straight as first names I think Russell, Kennedy and Shannon all work as first names.

You could derive first names from them too such as Patrick from Fitzpatrick, Roger from Rodger

I think all of these are usable, though I wouldn't use them myself.

Rodger is pleasantly piratical, and you could easily shorten Hughes to Hugh, or remove the Fitz to get Patrick.
