I have three I might consider: Quinna, Quinbi and Qiturah.
I would likely go with Quinbi (or Quinby, or Quinbie) since it has the most spunk and adorability, but I love the sound of Qiturah.
My whole problem with most q-names is that they naturally look made-up. I am sure many of them are, too.
