I love your sons' names. I'm not sure any of your girls names really "go" with Ronan and Llyr, except maybe Kira.
I think Freya is a lovely name and sounds good with your sons' names. It is really your decision, so if you love the name Freya and are OK with using it, why not? I don't think it would be wrong at all.
