I wouldn't do it, but I wouldn't judge someone else for doing it.
I think in these kinds of situations you should do whatever helps, and if that is reusing Freya (lovely name!) then that's what you should do.
Besides Freya, I really love Adelaide, Anneliese and Lilah. I like the meaning of Aurora, but not the sound, so I'd put that as a middle name.
My vote would be Lilah Aurora with your boys, or if you want to use Freya I'd vote for Adelaide Freya, Anneliese Freya or Freya Aurora.
