HelpRe: The names that got away

Phoebe- my husband and I both love it, but my Aunt had a Jack Russell named it. It would have been weird
Tess- My grandparents had a Weimeraner with the name, same issue.
Monica- it's my cousin's name, and as much as I love her, I don't want people to think it was after her.
Matilda and Ruby- I like both of these, particularly Matilda, but friends who I see regularly just used them, and I think they are still just unusual enough to make it odd.
We had a boy name settled on last time, so no boy names vetoed.
