Regarding Ruth
My love for Ruth is waxing -- so strong and powerful, yet there is a cuteness. I love that. How would you use Ruth a first name with any middle name? How would you use Ruth as a middle name with any first name? For me, I like Ruth Emmeline and Matilda Ruth (or Margaret Ruth).

My hubby really likes Ruth, nicknamed Ruthie. I however have a second cousin that is named this, so it seemed off the table for me.I'd probably give a longer, very girly/feminine name.Ruth Isabelle
Ruth Francesca
Ruth Gwendolen
Ruth JosephineAs a middle name... I'd probably just do the reverse. :)

I actually like Ruth a lot specifically for the powerful vibe, yet soft sound. I like elaborate middles with such stunted firsts, so I would have to go with Ruth Evangeline. As a middle, I love your pairing of Matilda Ruth - though I might be more inclined to go with Paulina Ruth.

I used to hate Ruth, but now it's kind of growing on me. It's very warm and satisfying in the mouth, like chewy toffee. I actually find Ruth Chloe pretty cute - I like it with cutesy, quirky names. Ruth Phoebe, Ruth Zoe, Ruth Fern. Ruth definitely needs to be out front, in my opinion. But, Lily Ruth, Emily Ruth, Eva Ruth, Ava Ruth and Tabitha Ruth occur to me as pretty ideas. Ruth Emmeline is lovely!

Margaret Ruth is my mom's name! She goes by Ruth, though, since day one.I would use Mattea Ruth in a heartbeat.
I was going to say Ruth Amelia for the other combo, but Ruth Emmeline is pretty amazing too!

My feelings towards Ruth vary every time I think about it. I quite like it today. It's a deep, pleasant brown, weirdly.Ruth Alexandrine May / Beatrice Emilia Ruth.

Ruth is wonderful. It's rich and dark, so it's hard not to pair it with something light and airy that will be overshadowed.I would say Ruth Magdalene or Harriet Ruth.
