I actually find Ruth Chloe pretty cute - I like it with cutesy, quirky names. Ruth Phoebe, Ruth Zoe, Ruth Fern.

Ruth definitely needs to be out front, in my opinion. But, Lily Ruth, Emily Ruth, Eva Ruth, Ava Ruth and Tabitha Ruth occur to me as pretty ideas.
