I actually don't like Suzanne because of a bad association, but when thinking of a chic middle name to go with Vivien it's what comes to mind.

Dashing male: Cyrus Valentine
Chic male: Francis Adrian
Dashing female: Margot Jasmine
Chic female: Claudia Vivien
Neither dashing nor chic male name that I like: Damon Marcus
Neither dashing nor chic female name that I like: Audra Charlotte
