What do you think of the names Arielle (pronounced as if you are saying R, E, L), Cassandra, Marianne?
Secondly, I used to think of Ryan as a bratty boy, but it might be growing on me. Thoughts?
Also, I went to a Broadway show tonight and one of the male actors was named Time.

I love Cassandra. I pronounce it ka-SAHN-dra; I know some pronounce it ka-SAN-dra ("san" as in sand). It's a name a little girl can grow up with and I like the nn Cassie.
Arielle - always thought this was pretty; and though it's recognizable, it's not crazy popular.
Marianne - I always thought this spelling was a jazzier alternative to Mary Ann
Ryan - I also think of a bratty boy! Maybe because the "ry-" sounds kinda whiny? But besides that, it's a nice name
Time - a bit too literal for me but makes an interesting character name

Arielle - It's fine (too Disney princessy for me, but I don't have a strong opinion about it either way).
Cassandra - I like it, though I think it's a a little plain; I consider it to be in the same style as Samantha, just more classical.
Marianne - It's dated imo. I mainly think of the song "So Long Marianne".
Ryan - I know a lot of Ryans, including my brother-in-law. I feel like it's been overused.
Time - If I heard this as a name instead of seeing it written, I would assume it was Thyme. It's off-kilter, and while it might be cool to meet a guy named Time, I wouldn't want it as my name.

I love Arielle, love it!! And I hate Cassandra, really, really don't like it. Marianne I'm pretty indifferent to, though I love Anamaria. Ryan is okay, it's nothing special in my books but I don't mind hearing it used =)
I like the idea of Thyme but not Time so much. I can't imagine either in the real world.

I like Cassandra and Marianne. Arielle is just okay - Ariella is neater.
Ryan is a good name. I've known a couple of adult Ryans who were nice. It's like Brian and Kevin, got overused.
I would wonder if Time was pronounced Timmy or Tim-ay, if I read it on paper. Did they say it aloud? If it's "time" aloud, I'd think it was a pseud. I think if I knew someone named Time I'd get used to it and just think of it the way I'd think of Jett - it's the guy's name, and when I say the name I'd forget that it was a word.

Arielle is just okay, but I would pronounce it like Airy-L. The other way seems a bit pretentious.

Marianne/Maryann/Mary Ann is so squeaky-clean, 1940's picket-fence goody-two-shoes.

Time just seems silly, like a stage name. We're out of Time. Watch the Time. Beat Time.
