I've only known one Roger in my life and he's exactly my own age (1971). I never associated it with old men before, either - I don't know why, I just never encountered any Rogers. I would be surprised to see it on a man under 40, though, and less surprised to see it on a child under 5. To me it seems like a timeless name that has always (in my lifetime) been slightly unfashionable, kinda like Malcolm - and I was not even really aware that had been in fashion ever. I like it alright, and I think I like it more because of the Roger I know, who's an artistic, energetic, masculine guy.- mirfak
