I like Ziva, it's one of those names I sometimes forget about, and then it pops back into my head and I remember how much I like it. But I'd never use it in real life, because it's so very Jewish. Maybe as a middle name. I think it's a lovely name, just very hard to pull off... Maybe.

I think the name itself is spunky and fresh. I like the meaning "bright". But then I read the comments section and one of the posters said it also means gonorrhea?? I have no knowledge of Hebrew so I don't know if that's true or not. That kind of puts me off though, which is a shame because it is quite a nice name.
