Wolfgang Wilde for sure. Wilde might seem cute and funky now, but later on I don't think it will have the same appeal.
I'd go with Wolfgang and if the other kids end up calling him Wild as a nickname, then that is cute, but I'd definitely go with Wolfgang. Much more 'adult' name.
