Re: Names on my mind recently
Jemima / Jemimah - I prefer Jemima since that's the spelling I'm used to seeing. With the h on the end it just looks trendy even though it's not.
Keziah - For some reason I don't find it overly feminine / not very pretty.
Sepphora - Definitely prefer Zipporah.
Hepzibah - Ugly. A hippo or a witch name in my opinion.
Talitha - It's interesting.
Saffron - I like it, would make a cool middle name.
Posy / Posie - Too cutesy nicknamey for me.
Yasmin - It's pretty. I think of it as the more sophisticated version of Jasmine, no idea why.
Lula - It's ok as a nickname, for Lucinda, Tallulah etc.
Zadie - It is quite spunky, but it has a trendy vibe in my opinion.
Zuri - The trendy version of Suri?
Gigi - Just reminds me of the baby term for horse.
Matisse - This could really grow on me, pretty but spunky and unusual.
Amari - It has a lovely sound, and would be a good nickname for Amaryllis, Amaranthe etc.Elior - Prefer Eliora on a girl.
Eliezer - Awkward to pronounce and look at in my opinion. Prefer Elijah, Elias etc.
Ephraim - Nice enough. A much better option than the above two.
Gideon - ok
Jed - A nickname only in my opinion
